About Us

What If USA is a consulting firm for association development. As an example, What If USA took over the management of the Salem Contractors Exchange in 2012. Since then, we have experienced steady growth and an increase in products and services that we can offer to support CCB licensed contractors, in Oregon and SW Washington.

We thank every member who participates in this program that is designed to serve commercial contractors of all types, and we are glad that they are being rewarded with the highest quality of benefits at exceptionally competitive pricing.

Our Mission is to help NW employers in the construction industry be more profitable by reducing their cost of insurance, administration, legal responsibilities and exposure; while providing the most comprehensive benefit solutions available that attract and retain quality employees.

I like to be in the industry trying to create new opportunities for carriers and agents in the market place for employee benefits. My favorite pastime is drawing homes that are high quality in small spaces with unique settings.  The library I possess is greater than any book store I go to, this is probably called an obsession. And what makes it odd is that no one ever reviews my work.

With five boys and five grandchildren life is never dull. I enjoy the outdoors more than indoors and watching people is more fun than nature.  But above all I just want to create something that works for many to improve what they do or can accomplish.

I love the connection I make with clients and brokers, and sharing our unique enrollment process. In my free time I love to dance and am a licensed Zumba instructor. I have made so many amazing friends through the Zumba community and love having a healthy outlet to relieve stress.

When I am not dancing I am usually playing with my 8 year old pug, Wilbur. I have always had a bit of an obsession for pugs with their smushy faces and funny personalities. I got Wilbur when he was a puppy and he is all that and more.

I also love to try new restaurants, breweries and wineries in Oregon. The Pacific Northwest is the best for a foodie and I wouldn’t want to live anywhere else!
